We are a boutique design and decor house who purposefully take on a only a small number of clients per year in order to give them our full attention.  Because of this, our minimum order excluding transportation costs is 3,000$

The first step is to contact us and get the conversation started!  Please have your design budget range decided and share it with us.

The next step is for us to have a design consult FaceTime call where we can see if we’re a good fit and plan the scope of the project.  We want you to have full confidence in our design skills, our sense of excitement for your event and trust that we will come up with something that will truly reflect who you are, and the vibe and experience that you want to create.

Once you are quoted your price, it includes all design service, decor rentals, labour costs for unloading, setup, personal attention to all details, take down and incidentals for as many staff as needed.  The only thing not included in the vignette prices are the delivery and pickup costs (which will be in the quote and transparent) 

*Please note that for winter weddings, an outside company will be responsible for transportation and the quote and payment will be organized with them.  We want to guarantee that your items will get delivered and our delivery van is not safe enough in Whistler winter conditions.

At this point, if you choose to engage our services for your event, we then request a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total invoice to secure your day.  (We truly only take on a very limited number of events per year, so this step is important to lock us in) 

From there, we design a mood board for your approval and after that, we create your dream vignette and provide a stress-free process where you get to show up and be Wowed!  We will not weigh you down with endless approvals of individual candlesticks and minutia.... you have enough on your plate!  After the mood board is approved, you can sit tight and know that we've got your back!

We understand how frustrating it can be to have all the add on costs after the initial quote that can all add up!  We want to provide you with a clear picture of all costs included from the start.
